- WARHOLIC, Michael J. "Mick"
Michael J. "Mick" Warholic, 65, of 324 Miller Valley Road, Kennedy, passed away unexpectedly Monday (Dec. 27, 2010), in the emergency room of WCA Hospital. He was born Dec. 11, 1945, in Twin Rocks, Pa., the son of the late Mike and Helen Tutko Warholic. Mick was a graduate of Beccaria High School, and had currently owned and operated M W Graphics in Jamestown since 1976. He had also along with his wife, Brenda, owned and operated Lone Pine Angus Farm in Kennedy. He was a member of the Chautauqua County Beef Producers Association and American Angus Association. Mick loved his wife, children and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time on his farm and in his garden. Surviving is his wife Brenda L. McKeown Warholic, whom he married May 15, 1965, in Ramey, Pa.; two daughters: Lisa (Kevin) Saff of Jamestown, and Jacki (Bruce) Olson of Falconer; five grandchildren: Andrew Saff, Kayla Saff, Michael Saff, Katie Saff and Tylar Olson; the family companion, Tara; two sisters: Patricia (Oscar) Moore of Port Matilda, Pa., and Delores (Larry) Belin of Falconer. He was preceded in death by his parents. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Falconer Funeral Home. The Rev. Timothy Phelps will officiate. Friends and family are invited for a light lunch and time of fellowship on Thursday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the Kennedy Fire Hall. Friends will be received by the family from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Memorials may be donated to the Kennedy Fire Department, Kennedy, NY 14747.
